Educational Justice in Action (EJA) was founded to advance educational justice and solution-focused leadership so every young person thrives. We support system leaders in creating the conditions that shape meaningful teaching and learning experiences, thriving communities, and overall well-being for young people.  EJA holds that the conditions necessary are held cross-sector and it is necessary for community system partners to multi-solve and redesign systems that are rooted in equity, care, and results.

EJA values leaders and their ability to see the whole system and act for lasting change. Through leadership development, system design work, convening cross-sector community partners, EJA drives community-wide outcomes.  EJA's facilitated community convenings are committed to centering the voice and experiences of young people most impacted by inequality, inequity and injustice, as well as those system involved.
