Advancing Educational Justice Through Leadership

The Educational Justice in Action Fellowship (EJAF) is a transformative incubator designed for system leaders. EJAF's core focus is developing and supporting leaders who are committed to eliminating long-standing inequalities, inequities and injustices by designing systems that create conditions for meaningful teaching and learning, thriving communities, and overall well-being for young people. 

 

EJAF Fellows will receive professional learning on the science of systems change and leadership, as well strategic planning and coaching to support Fellows to move a result for an identified  population of most vulnerable young people. By the end of the nine month fellowship, the EJAF Fellows will not just have a vision and value for educational justice—they will have the capability, capacity and blueprint to execute and scale.

 

EJAF is a no cost opportunity.  This is intentional to eliminate the financial barrier for system leaders who have a vision for justice, but not the financial resources to invest in the leadership development, coaching, and strategic planning necessary to achieve it.
